At New Life Bible Church Tampa, community is at the heart of our mission. Our events are designed to bring people together, foster connections, and deepen our faith. Whether you are a member or new to our church, we invite you to participate! Here we will explore the various activities we offer for families of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds through all stages of life, the benefits of joining, and how you can get involved. Community events play a crucial role in building relationships and strengthening our faith. Here are a few reasons why:

Recurring Events
Monthly Communion (Lord's Supper)
During communion, believers in Jesus Christ remember His last meal with His disciples before His crucifixion. The bread and wine are reminders of His body broken and blood shed to pay for our sins, to make peace between sinful mankind and Holy God.
When: Fourth Sunday of each month
Time: During the 10:45 AM worship service
Where: Church
Bible Study Groups
Our Bible Study offers a supportive environment for discussion and learning to encourage deeper understanding of Scripture and its application to daily life. The hour begins with sharing prayer requests and updates and praying together. Our current series, "New Beginnings," led by Laurie Collett, explores significant Old and New Testament events that had dramatic impact on man's destiny. These include Creation, Salvation, Birth of Jesus, Resurrection of Christ, the Rapture, and Return of Christ the King. Each week, we explore different themes and passages, allowing for personal growth and understanding.
When: Sundays
Time: 9:30 AM (or come earlier for fellowship and coffee!)
Where: Church
Potluck Lunch and Fellowship
Dates TBD (see upcoming events). This is a great opportunity to share a meal and connect with fellow church members. Bring a dish to share if you'd like and enjoy good food and fellowship.
Community Service Days
We believe in giving back to our community. Join us for our Community Service Days, where we partner with local organizations to make a difference. Whether it’s helping at a food bank or participating in a neighborhood cleanup, your involvement matters.

June 21, 2026: Father's Day Worship Service
Honoring our earthly fathers and Godly men in our lives, and especially our Heavenly Father! 9:30 AM small group Bible study led by Laurie Collett; 10:30 coffee and fellowship; 10:45 worship service with message by Pastor Mike DeLeon, and music honoring our fathers, led by Laurie Collett. Every man will receive a gift! Children's ministry during the service led by Alessandra Nelson.
July 5, 2026: Independence Day Worship Service and Lunch
Independence Day Worship Service remembering the birth of our nation, and honoring God, Who gave us perfect liberty through His Son Jesus Christ. 9:30AM small group Bible study led by Laurie Collett; 10:30AM coffee and fellowship; 10:45 worship service with message from God's Word by Pastor Mike DeLeon, and patriotic music and hymns led by Laurie Collett. Children's ministry during the service led by Alessandra Nelson.
All-American style free lunch after the service!
